A Royal Worcester reticulated and 'jewelled' globular teapot and cover
Circa 1880, impressed mark and painted R.S initials
With a scroll handle jewelled with blue and gilt circles, the finial of double-knop form in light-blue, reticulated allover with light-blue hexagons, circles and geometric piercing, with richly-gilt and jewelled ribboned border reserved against a pale-pink ground, the bottom of the spout reticulated with a lattice diamond and framed with applied white beeding, with richly-gilt rims (minor rubbing to gilding on spout and rim)
