THE FONDEUR AND DOREUR, H PICARD, WAS BASED AT 6, RUE JARENTE, PARIS, FROM 1831 TO 1839, MOVING AFTERWARDS TO 10, RUE DE LA PERLE UNTIL 1864. THE FIRM SUPPLIED SERVICES FOR WORK ON THE PETITS APPARTEMENTS OF EMPEROR NAPOLEON III AT THE LOUVRE, AND WAS KNOWN FOR ITS FINE QUALITY PRODUCTION OF PICES DE TABLE AND GARNITURES DE CHEMINE.
