On triangular base decorated with foliate rims, the blue and gold enamelled panels set with pearls and garnets, the egg-shaped clock centred by horizontal dial and snake hand set with cabochon-cut emerald, further blue and gold enamel, three foliate scroll handles with pearls and garnets
