Late 18th Century
Inlaid overall with simulated rectangular panels and decorated with floral marquetry and neoclassical urns, the eared moulded rectangular grey veined marble top, a frieze drawer and a fall front inlaid with classical ruins enclosing a fitted interieur with six drawers, five open compartments above a pair of doors enclosing a plain interior with one shelf, with a printed label to the top inscribed MAISON DANTIQUITÉS L GOTTSCHALK and a paper label to the back inscribed in ink FW no. 13, losses to the veneers, remounted
