of circular compressed form, silver gilt and cloisonne enamelled in blues, green, red and white, with swing handle, diam. 11.5cm (4¾in); and a similar pair of sugar tongs, both pieces engraved with monograms, and commemorative date to the base of the bowl, 8oz.
