This teddy bear appears to have slightly longer mohair than usual, also the fur on the muzzle has been left longer.

A fine Steiff teddy bear
with golden mohair, black boot button eyes, pronounced muzzle, black stitched nose, mouth and claws, swivel head, jointed elongated limbs with felt pads, hump and FF button in ear --19¼in. (49cm.) high, circa 1908 (glue around edge of hand pads left from an early recovering, left hand pad with patched holes, the right with three patched holes and one on the tip of the left foot pad, stuffing shifted in top of body, nose stitching part replaced and colour faded)
