From then I continued to visit numerous markets searching for original pieces, and buying any other trains found during my travels. My wife of 25 years has always been the best possible companion and a great support in my hobby. Bernard Hinchley Although my own interest has always been in antique dolls, I am extremely happy and proud to see my husband's remarkable collection feature in this sale. He spent most of his life working dynamically as a teacher and social worker, but still found time to purchase old trains for future generations to enjoy. I am deeply indebted to him for 25 wonderful years. Jackie Wyartt (Mrs Bernard Hinchley) Please note that many items in the collection have been coated with a protective layer of Waxoyl. This layer has successfully preserved pieces but can be removed if necessary. HORNBY 0 GAUGE
