A very scarce illustrated prospectus for the lodes discovered in Black Hawk, Colorado. "It requires no labored mathematical calculation to demonstrate the immense product in gold which can be obtained from the extensive mines belonging to this company, by a liberal expenditure of capital, and the use of more powerful and more economical labor-saving machinery" (p.12). The plates illustrate an interior view of a quartz mill, a view of the Gregory Lode and a view of Black Hawk Point. Capital of 50,000 shares at $100 was being advertised.
