Levels: two very top, one upper/top one upper shoulder
Medium deep red, mature. Profound and deeply scented aroma; cassis, old wood and plum flavours. Smooth, dryish and elegant, plenty of flavour. Definitely a classic Cheval and at it's peak, but should hold for 2-5 years. Oct 2003 DW
