TWO SAN JUAN POTTERY ITEMS
the first, a bowl, with flat base and sharply flaring sides tapering inward to rim, decorated allover with polished red slip, inscribed on the base, XSJ-21-P and 1941.339; the second, a twin spout jar, with small pedestal, surmounted by a squat body, tapering to a pair of flaring cylindrical spouts joined by a strap handle, with polish red slip above the shoulder, inscribed on the base, XSJ-11-TG, A33-2133, and 1933.167
