Early 20th century
The grip modelled as an African head, the head-dress inlaid with silvered metal medallion inset with green glass paste and incised bone band, with silvered metal collar, later -- 32¾in. (83.2cm.) high
A carved horn mounted malacca cane, circa 1890, the grip modelled as a Blackamoor bust, inset glass eyes and bone teeth, the shaft with a woven wire-work collar and horn ferrule -- 34in. (86.5cm.) high; and a Continental carved and painted composition ivory mounted coconut cane, circa 1890, the grip modelled as a Blackamoor, the silver collar engraved indistinctly Frankfurt, stamped -- 35½in. (90.2cm.) (3)
