the interior with ink stone base to the surface, brush holder and sliding drawer with moulded beast head handle, painted with panels of birds amongst flowering branches and rockwork -- 9 1/8in. (23cms) long; a blanc de chine waterdropper modelled as a seated boy -- 5in. (12.7cms) high; a white biscuit brushpot moulded with prunus blossom -- 4 5/8in. (11.7cms) high; and an ochre glazed beehive brushwasher -- 3in. (7.6cms) diam. (4)
