Anonymous (American, early 20th century)
The first tooth depicts an portrait of John Hancock on one side, and an image of the colonial frigate John Hancock on the other. The second tooth depicts a portrait of Patrick Henry on one side, and on the other a scene depicting the ship Unity capturing the ship Margretta in 1775. The third tooth depicts a portrait of Oliver Hazard Perry and on the other side an image of Perry's victory on Lake Erie in 1813. All three teeth appear to be by the same hand.
