Lot 235 slightly corroded capsule. Very bin-soiled label, slightly faded. Level into neck. Lot 236 bin-soiled label, slightly torn. Level base of neck. Lot 237 bin-soiled and slightly damaged label. Level mid-shoulder. Lot 238 re-corked by Whitwhams in June 1985. One bin-soiled and slightly damaged label and one remains of label only. Levels base of neck
Tasting note: In my opinion, the best Haut-Brion until we reach the 1945. Most recently still almost opaque, harmonious, rich nose,; fairly sweet, full flavoured, powerful. ***** M.B. (September 2000)
