A pair of Minton majolica jardinières and stands
of spirally-fluted inverted baluster form, each with twin ramshead handles suspending flower-garlands, the footrims moulded as ribbon-tied laurel wreaths, the rims and rims to the stands gadrooned, enriched in yellow, white, pink, green and ochre glazes on a dark-blue-ground, impressed marks and date codes for 1861 -- 12¾in. (31.8cm.) high (one pot with base broken and some chips, other pot with large chip and hairline crack, other minor damages)
