globular and twin-handled, the handles with flower terminals, the cover with flower finial, painted with figures of courting couples dressed as shepherds and shepherdesses on gilt-ground shaped panels on a ground moulded with flowerheads enriched in blue enamel, blue crossed swords marks -- 6¼in. (16cm.) diam., circa 1750 (restored finial, wear and minor chips)
