AN EARLY VICTORIAN MAHOGANY HALL STAND
CIRCA 1840, IN THE MANNER OF GILLOWS
With central pilaster shaft issuing scrolled branches for coats and hats with domed patera terminals, above a shaped stick-stand with turned baluster supports above a removable zinc liner, the rectangular plinth on bun feet, with indistinct pencil inscription 'BM', now with brass S-scroll light fixture to the top
