Of rectangular, circular and fish-shaped form, variously decorated with foliage, geometric patterns and scales
The largest -- 2¼in. (5.8cm.) long
In a Chinese circular carved wooden box, the cover with lotus sprays and foliage -- 5½in. (14cms) diameter; a pair of Chinese gilt heightened and black lacquered boxes, late 19th or early 20th century; a Chinese mother-of-pearl inset wood box, early 20th century; a boxwood Mauchlineware snuff box, mid 19th century; a painted and lacquered wood circular snuff box, second quarter 19th century, the interior with tortoiseshell lining; three papier mâché snuff boxes; a Russian birch and silver and enamel mounted spoon; and a horn spoon
