The cartonnier surmounted by a seated putto, above a clock inscribed Forest/Paris, the bombé front fitted with six leather-fronted drawers, flanked to each side by twin-branch foliate candelabra, above a pull-out leather writing slide and three frieze drawers, one inscribed Forest/31 r. Cambacérès/PARIS, on cabriole legs and pierced foliate feet
