Edo period (19th century)
Comprising a mokko plate with pierced hollyhocks (aoi) and gold dot inlays; a small oval plate carved with a dragon and a cloud rim, signed Mitsuei saku; a small oval plate carved with warriors, signed Mitsuei saku; an oval pierced tsuba with a coral design; a round plate carved with a dragon over crashing waves; a round plate with a raised rim inlaid with soft-metal vines, interior with maples, many now missing; an oval plate with a rough surface carved with two dancers, gilt and copper details (7)
