Shinogi-zukuri, iori-mune, chu-gissaki, torii-zori, forging pattern ko-itame with a midare tempered edge and a ko-maru tip; tang cut down with one mekugi-ana
Koshirae comprising a black-lacquer scabbard; hilt mounted with fuchi-gashira carved with dragonflies and menuki of plum florets; round plate tsuba carved with grape leaves
