Originally owned by a clergyman at the Glen, Sevenoaks, Kent.
Acquired in 1929 by Mrs. Margaret Burrows, Crowdleham, Sevenoaks, Kent and by descent until 2004.

Lot Essay

This model of mower served as the prototype for the miniature version made for Queen Mary's doll's house in 1925.

Still operational in 2003, a basic technical report and running instructions are available from the department.
