Painted and gilt with a central foliate star motif in iron-red within a gilt circle painted with green leaves, beneath a broad border of dark-blue panels painted with gilt foliate scrolls and flowers, interspersed with trailing waterlilies below a continuous band of square panels of gilt and iron-red flowers
