Apparently unmarked, possibly Germany, circa 1900
On four bud feet, domed base with gadrooned and beaded bands, the stem shaped as a rampant ram, the detachable horn with openwork mounts pierced with foliage and flowers, upper-rim with a plain mount, the cover with gadrooned and surmounted by a lyre
