A RARE FAMILLE ROSE EUROPEAN-SUBJECT PLATE
CIRCA 1765
Enamelled with a young man standing outside an inn asking directions from two ladies who are pointing towards the extensive landscape beyond, whilst another figure propped against a doorway holding a large tankard watches the scene, within a border of scattered flower sprays
9 in. (23 cm.) diam.
