Centering upon a cushion antique mixed-cut sapphire, weighing approximately 5.41 carats, flanked on either side by cushion-cut rubies, each weighing approximately 3.01 carats, mounted in 18k gold
With report CS 35072 dated 4 October 2001 from the American Gemological Laboratories stating that it is the opinion of the Laboratory, based on weight of evidence, that the origin of the sapphire would be classified as Kashmir. No gemological evidence of heat enhancement present

With reports 0304537 and 0304536 dated 8 April 2003 from the Gübelin Gemmological Laboratory stating gemmological testing revealed characteristics consistent with those of rubies originating from Burma (Myanmar), and shows no indications of thermal enhancement (NTE)
