Tapering cylindrical, with a panelled scroll spout, wood scroll handle, the hinged domed cover with baluster finial, the body and cover later engraved with borders of strapwork and foliage enclosing brickwork, one side engraved with a coat-of-arms, crest and motto within foliate scroll and brickwork cartouche, marked under base and cover
7¾in. (19.7cm.) high; 19oz. 10dwt. (615gr.) gross weight
