The funnel bowl finely engraved with four medallions, one depicting three gentlemen around a table, one with a large ship near a harbour with a smaller sloop, one with two ships and a sloop capturing a large whale and one with two large ships, flanked by elaborate Laub und Bandelwerk suspending fruit and flowers, flanked by flower-filled vases with a perched bird and by obelisques, the multi-knopped stem enclosing tears
