A CORINTHIAN TYPE BRONZE HELMET
SECOND HALF OF 7TH CENTURY B.C.
Of deep domed form, with narrow everted rear flange and rectangular nose-guard, pierced with multiple holes around the perimeter for lining attachment, a central rivet on forehead, pierced stud at rear and twin holes on crown for the attachment of crest, repaired with some restoration
