The compressed hemispherical bowl with twin horizontal handles and carinated rim, the interior black glazed with reserved central dot and rim band which has sets of vertical strokes, the exterior with reserved band, each side with group of wavy vertical lines flanked by dotted rosettes, thin reserved line around everted lip, on ring foot, 6¾ in. (7.2 cm) across. incl. handles; and a miniature trefoil-lipped oinochoe, with carinated shoulder, flat base and high handle, the orange-coloured clay with painted brown geometric linear and dotted decoration, circa 8th century B.C., 2 7/8 in. (7.3 cm.) high incl. handle, both repaired (2)
