A RUBY AND DIAMOND NECKLACE
The front section designed as four cushion-shaped rubies weighing 3.16, 3.20, 3.61 and 3.79 carats, each enhanced with diamond-set foliate, joined by rose-cut diamond collet and oval-link swags, to a similarly-set twin row backchain with rose-cut diamond collet spacers, mounted in 18k white gold, 39.5 cm.
With report no. 41959 dated 10 November 2003 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the 3.79 carat ruby is of Burmese origin and with no indications of thermal enhancement
With report nos. 41960 - 2 dated 11 November 2003 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the 3.16, 3.20 and 3.61 carat rubies are of Burmese origin, no indications of thermal enhancement and with moderate clarity enhancement by oil
