A PAIR OF CARVED JADEITE GUANYIN AND DIAMOND PENDANTS
The first, of semi-translucent material of yellow colour, suffused with honey yellow veins, depicting the Goddess of Mercy seated on a lotus throne, holding a vase in one hand and the other in a blessing gesture; and the second, of semi-translucent honey yellow material, depicting the Goddess of Mercy standing on a lotus throne, holding a ruyi sceptre in one hand and the other in a blessing gesture, each carving within a circular-cut diamond border, to the icy colourless jadeite cabochons and diamond collet line surmount, suspended from a diamond-set hoop, mounted in 18k white gold, guanyins approximately 30.87 x 15.71 x 3.50 and 48.12 x 15.72 x 2.95 mm.
