The foliate cast waisted case on integral plinth, with pierced sound frets to the sides, the dial with painted Roman chapter ring and engine-turned centre, formerly silvered, steel moon hands, the eight day twin barrel movement with silk suspension and countwheel strike on bell, signed Silvani/a Paris and also with Pons movement stamp
