Related bureau/dressing tables, fitted with swing-mirrors, formed part of the 'Union suits compleat with boxes, brushes etc' at Blair Castle, Scotland, which were restored in 1739 by the Soho cabinet-maker John Hodson (fl.1727-1744) (A.
