Tasting note from this cellar: Mature and autumnal-orange rim, brick hued core. Tad musty but blows off easily enough. Interesting cedar box & tobacco perfume, a hint of grilled nuts. Surprisingly firm structure--tannins not fully resolved. Finishes strong and exact. Tasted again a few hours later and edges smoothed out. Definately a vintage sleeper. A solid value at these estimates given current drinking possibilities elsewhere. ST
