Levels: one bottom neck, one very top, one top/upper and three upper shoulder; wines came from different importors, slightly damp stained labels, one corroded capsule
"Medium deep red, mature. Profound and deeply scented aroma; cassis, old wood and plum flavours. Smooth, dryish and elegant, plenty of flavour. Definitely a classic Cheval and at it's peak, but should hold for 2 - 5 years." Oct 2003 DW
