VINTAGE CLARET READY FOR ENJOYING
This collection of wines is the culmination of a lifetime of being a passionate wine consumer. The collection is strongest in Bordeaux, highlighted by a pristine 1961 Lafite Rothschild double-magnum, but also has some gems such as the 1969 Bonnes-Mares from Roumier.
The consignor bought these wines on initial release, and stored them with only the greatest of care, in a custom built temperature controlled cellar.
This is a collection whose maine use was for entertaining. There were many dinners with friends and family that evoke passionate memories from the consignor, and he only wishes you the same.

"An attractive, rich, convincing colour with perfect gradation from the bowl of the glass to its rim. It was poured and tasted at 8pm, ripeness and bottle age noted. Exactly 30 minutes later it had gained complexity and a rich, spicy 'biscuity' bouquet. It had the sweetness of fully ripe grapes and alcohol, a mouthfilling flavour, very good tannins and acidity.
