The rust-red field with symmetrically arranged palmettes, flowerheads and angular floral sprays, the ochre-yellow spandrels similar, in a broad rust-red border of ivory cartouche and blue and ochre-yellow stellar panels containing turtle-palmettes and floral sprays divided by floral dart-motifs between an inner geometric polychrome motif and outer reciprocal trefoil-motif stripes, even overall wear, heavy corrosion in the brown, scattered areas of repiling and repair, minor loss to kilim strips at both ends
