The indigo field with flowerheads and floral sprays around a large serrated sang-de-beouf medallion with floral tendrils and ivory floral centrepiece, the medallion issuing similar light blue feathery leaves, in a serrated ivory border of floral sprays and stylised palmette cartouches with an outer fox-brown flowering vine stripe, full pile throughout with an area of colour-run in one corner, selvages fraying in parts
