A two-piece dinner suit of black cotton, the single-breasted jacket trimmed with black grosgrain at the cuffs and lapels, labelled inside Gianni Versace, the matching trousers similarly trimmed to the outside seam -- worn by Eric Clapton circa late 1980s; accompanied by a corresponding colour publicity photograph by Terry O' Neill of Clapton wearing the suit, 1988 [printed later] -- 10x8in.
