Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1949 and its subsequent sale on 22 March 1950.

The manufacture of reference 2430 was launched in 1948. The present watch is one of five examples of this model in pink gold known to this day. Its desirability is furthermore enhanced by its large size, the unusual lugs and the antimagnetic compensation balance.
