Manuscript on paper, 313ff. with 13ll. of bold black naskh, gold roundels between verses, sura headings in red on illuminated panels, text ruled with gold margins, gold and coloured marginal medallions marking juz and sura divisions, opening illuminated bifolium, final folios with colophon, signed by the scribe Ahmed bin Haj Hassan al-Attar, known as Kitabizadeh, pupil of Ustad Shughli-dede, and dated 1190, tooled and gilt brown morocco binding with flap -- Folio 22.3 x 15.7cm.
