English, circa 1825/1830, the enamel miniature by Henry Bone (1755-1834), signed with monogram 'HB' (lower right)
Rectangular black composition box with concave sides and rounded corners, the lid set with a glazed enamel miniature of a Renaissance beauty reclining nude on a bed strewn with roses, plain gold mounts
