Each in the form of a figure reclining on a bed of drapery, one with grapevine sash and holding a grapevine-entwined stick, the other with arrows in one hand and now lacking a bow in his other hand, on oval slate bases, each stamped with a c couronné poinçon, possibly spurious, bases lacking feet

The C couronné poinçon was a tax mark employed on any alloy containing copper between 1745 and 1749.
