LARGELY RECONSTRUCTED INCORPORATING 18TH CENTURY VENEERS AND ASSOCIATED LACQUER PANELS
The rounded rectangular moulded cornice with ovolo and flowerhead entrelac and with pierced foliate rocaille mounts above a pair of doors, each decorated with two serpentine rectangular lacquer panels depicting riverfront landscapes with pagodas and with central molding cast as trailing bellflowers, enclosing four removeable shelves, the sides similarly decorated each with two rectangular lacquer panels, the rounded angles with pierced shell and flowerhead mounts, the apron mounted with pierced foliate cabochons, on bracket feet headed by foliate-cast cabochon mounts and with sunflower paterae, back with chalk inscriptions gD and BD, restorations to veneers
