CIRCA 1870-1, PRINTED CROWN MARKS, THE SAUCERS SIGNED TO FOOTRIMS
Painted and gilt by Samuel Radford with classical vignettes of figures at various persuits, masks and swags within shaped oval cartouches between sections decorated with stylised anthemion, comprising:
An oviform teapot and cover with three paw feet (tiny chip to cover and to feet)
A sugar bowl (cover lacking, one foot chipped)
Two cups and saucers (the cups damaged and repaired with losses)
A shaped quatrefoil tray (one leg re-stuck)
(some light rubbing and flaking to gilding)
