Two Meissen 'Three Graces' composite dessert comports
CIRCA 1880, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARKS, INCISED AND IMPRESSED NUMERALS
Modelled as the Three Graces scantily-clad in flowered and colourful drapes, standing on an circular gilt scroll-moulded base centred by a tree-strunk applied with flowers, supporting a scrolling puce gadrooned base on which is mounted a circular basket pierced with scrolls and flowerheads, the interior painted with colourful scattered flowerheads and sprigs, within shaped gilt rims (the first with restoration to applied flowers, the second with chipping to flowers)
11¾ in. (29.8 cm.) high max.
