GREEN PRINTED AND IMPRESSED MARKS, IRON-RED PATTERN NO. 5628, CIRCA 1930
Resist-decorated on a silver lustre vermiculé ground with a large peony and scattered flower sprays, the border with pendant lappets, comprising:
12 chop plates, 10¾ in. (27.3 cm.) diameter
12 dinner plates, 9½ in. (24.1 cm.) diameter
together with:
12 Johnson Brothers two-handled soup cups and stands, impressed uppercase marks, similarly decorated
12 Wedgwood plates in the 'Dye Ken John Peel' pattern, impressed uppercase and black printed marks, circa 1931, the border moulded on a silver lustred ground with a continuous fox hunt, 9½ in. (24.1 cm.) diameter (60)
