LATE 18TH CENTURY
With a crossbanded top above four graduated long drawers, the upper one formerly fitted, on bracket feet, the back corners of the top reshaped
32 in. (81 cm.) high, 43 in. (109 cm.) wide, 22 in. (56 cm.) deep
Provenance
with Gregory & Co., London, [probably] supplied to the Pine Room in the Hollywood Wing, between 1 January 1932 and 15 June 1933 ($170).
Exhibited
Some marks and stains to top and losses to cross-banded veneer. Some horizontal cracking to drawers. Some chipped losses to crossbanding of drawers and losses to the moldings of drawers. With additional chipped losses to veneer surrounding drawers. Some marks and scatches overall. With a dark stain overall.
