CHENGHUA SIX CHARACTER MARK, KANGXI
Comprising a pair of bowls, the exterior moulded around the base with petal-shaped panels enclosing each a lotus stem above a row of Immortals, 16 cm. diam.; a square bowl, painted to the four sides with flowering chrysanthemum and peony, divided by notched corners with a flower-spray, 14.4 cm. diam.; and an octafoil bowl decorated to each side with a flaming cuspate panel enclosing a shou character above a stylised lotus stem, 15.7 cm. diam., minute rim chips and cracks (4)
